Four fixed monthly packages, sized by the number of commercial boilers on your site. Every package includes annual boiler servicing, gas safety testing, commercial kitchen gas testing with CP42 documentation and £0 call-outs.

Our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum PPM packages give your business planned servicing and compliance documentation for a fixed monthly fee, with support on hand when something goes wrong.
- Annual commercial boiler servicing
- Annual gas safety testing and records
- Commercial kitchen gas testing and CP42 documentation, where a kitchen is included
- £0 call-out fees for plumbing, heating and electrical attendance, including out of hours
- Package labour rates for reactive work
- 24/7 availability, with a four-hour attendance target for accepted emergencies
